Key Largo Home Rental Rates

Our custom home is available for weekly, monthly, or seasonal rental year round.

Rent as a master suite with two guest bedrooms, full rental, sleeps 6

Rates:

• June 1st, 2011 thru May 1st, 2012 weekend rates: $750.00 (Includes 3 Days, 2 Nights)
• June 1st, 2011 thru May 1st, 2012 weekly rates: $1500.00 (Includes 7 Days, 6 Nights)
• June 1st, 2011 thru May 1st, 2012 monthly rates: Contact us for current monthly rate (Includes 28 Days, 27 Nights)

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rates also change during holidays and lobster season. Please contact us for those rates. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150.00. All other taxes and service fees are included in the rates. If paying by credit card, there will be an additional processing fee. Electric and water will have a cap of $100.00 per week all seasons.
